1/32nd shoulder, allowing even spacing between the

eliminate the problem of shrinking, swelling and wear
with movement associated with using wood dowels on the
louvers. This allows you to consistently move the
louvers easily. The nylon pins have a 1/32nd spacer,
providing clearance between louver and style, and
prevents wear with operation. |

three-sided frame. We have several frames to choose
from. Every installation is unique and dictates which
system is best suited for the application. Our system
provides a more precise fit to your window. The

becomes apparent when the installation is completed. |

the location of the divider rail. Choosing one will
allow the louvers above and below the rail to operate
independently, i.e. closing the bottom part will give

room through the open louvers above the rail. Close or
tilt the top ones to keep the sun out while leaving the
bottom louvers fully open. These rails can be placed
anywhere. |

Arches are custom built in our factory. Every
louver in the sunburst is moveable. Each louver is spring
loaded so you can take them out to clean the
windows. Arches can be built where the louvers can go as far
as they can up into the arch. |

A special shutter frame is used on our
French Doors, surrounding the glass area.. A
modified shutter using a 1-inch or 4-inch cut out to
accommodate the doorknob or handle. This is a feature that
has not yet been adapted by other companies. |

Mortice and Tenon. Every top and Bottom rail is
morticed and tenoned into the vertical stile. Because of
this feature, we can provide you with wider panels without them sagging. |
