original user or consumer:
What is Covered?
All custom-made shutters are warranted against any manufacturing defect or improper installation (if installation was performed by us).
For How Long?
The warranty coverage will be for as long as the original buyer owns the
product. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH YOU MAY HAVE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TIME DURING YOU, AS THE ORIGINAL BUYER , OWNS THE
SHUTTER PRODUCT. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
What is Not Covered?
Any damage to the product due to water which may result from installations in kitchens and baths.
Normal wear and tear.
Any damage or loss caused by abuse.
Mistreatment or attempted repair or modifications by persons not authorized by us.
Subsequent purchases that may not exactly match previous purchases.
Products for which The Plantation Shutter, Inc. has not been paid in full.
