I wanted shutters for my bedroom and hoped to get them installed before my annual Christmas party. Although I hesitated to ask, finally I told Doug Sewell how much it would mean if he could rush my order. He told me I'm not near the top of his installation list, but since I need only two installed, he'd try. I never asked what hoops he had to jump through, but bottom line .... they were installed two days before my event. I love them and am hoping to add to other rooms in my home. If I could give them six stars, I would. From the moment I contacted them to the final installation, they have been outstanding. Not only is the quality far superior to what you would get if you purchased from a shutter company importing them from China, but the fact that they are made right here in Dallas should also mean a lot. Delivery time was a fraction of what the ones from China would take. We visited the showroom\manufacturing facility and were very impressed. Along the production path, each person took great pride in what they are producing. It is not a large plant but one that shows pride in each set of shutters they turn out.
