I wanted shutters for my bedroom and hoped to get them installed before my annual Christmas party. Although I hesitated to ask, finally I told Doug Sewell how much it would mean if he could rush my order. He told me I'm not near the top of his installation list but since I need only two installed, he'd try. I never asked what hoops he had to jump through, but bottom line .... they were installed two days before my event. I love them and am hoping to add to other rooms in my home. BEST SERVICE EVER and quality/price so reasonable.
